Here's another poem by me. This one is more along the lines anger rather than sadness.
Ignorance and Greed
And what a selfish world this is
For not knowing
Or not even showing
The want to know
Clad in ignorance and in Prada
We are in an age of wonder
Yet we live in greed fueled blunder
Yeah we're on top of the food chain
The most supreme
Just look at the Hollywood scene
You'll see the reasons why
We're not
Don't get caught
In Your self-righteous arrogance.

I like the rhythm and rhyme into it, that really is a good poem on people in society, it's a good theme. 3nodding
