I imagin that I can move enrgy through my body but amI really doing it or if not when will I know. I can actually feel some thing but is that just my imagination

if you feel the energy going through you then thats it. i draw energy from auras and other objects so i feel it more with my hands and then it flows through my heart and to the rest of the body.
