Kirigakure

Joushou Jigoku no Jutsu (Raising Hell Jutsu) :
This is a technique that uses a Kusarigama with a spike or some sharpened edge instead of the classic ball on the end. The user pushes their chakra into the sharpened part through the chain and thrusts the object into the ground. A genjutsu is then created at that point where several hundreds of copies of the object shoot from the ground in varying directions to hide the real one that is eventually sent out to attack the foe. Poisons are usually added to the blade to increase the effectiveness of this jutsu.

Damage:Regular Weapon Damage: optional poison damage addition
Requirements: Kusarigama with spike or any sharpened edge attachment, Genjutsu Skill 30+, Ninja Weapon (Kusarigama) Skill 30+
Training: 10 Days, Must be taught by Maverick/Sin from Kirigakure
Will Save DC: 10 + user's level + user's charisma mod
Special: Spike can be retracted and used multiple times. Each spike requires a new roll. Enemy dodge bonus is decreased by 20.

Doton, Shuuha no Kuchiku (Earth Element, Wave of Destruction)
Description of Jutsu: Gathering chakra into the hands and then smashing the ground with them the user can create a wave of spikes that come rising out of the ground.
Cp Cost: 50
Damage: 35-60 + Chakra Mod
Requirements: Earth Affinity, Strength 25, Chakra Control 30
Training: 5-10
Special: Creates a sizable earthquake in the vicinity so it can be used to disrupt an opponent's balance.

Doton: Tsuchi no Ame (Earth Element: Rain of Earth)
Description: By pulling a stone out of the ground the user smashes it with a single strike and the stones from the attack comes crashing down upon the opponet in the form of spikes. The rocks come down like the rain and are razor sharp.
Cp Cost: 25
Damage: 25-40 + Chakra Mod
Requirements: Earth Affinity, Strength 30, Chakra Control 20
Special: If the rock that is being hurled is hit hard enough it can create a dust storm along with the barrage of spikes and gives a +2 on the next attack, however chakra cost then goes up to 45.

Ninja art: Water form technique
A technique used to turn the user’s body into a liquid form of chakra solidified water, causing all physical attacks to flow through him and preventing damage. For an increased chakra cost, user can revert to the form of a puddle and remain immune to physical attacks until the jutsu is released. The user remains vulnerable to fire and lightning jutsus. Given the nature of the technique, the user must have a very strong affinity to water to use it.
Cp: 70 + 8 per holding post
Damage: n/a
Requirement: Chakra control 35, exclusive water affinity, previously mastered Mizu Bunshin no Justsu.
Special: Can be used as a reaction. Gives immunity to physical, earth, wind and water damage. Ice jutsus paralyze the user immediately upon impact and cancel the jutsu, once frozen, any damage done to the frozen puddle is directly transfered to the body. Lightning jutsus inflict normal damage but cancel the jutsu immediately upon impact.

Ishi Bushin no jutsu- (Stone clone technique)
A jutsu created specificly in Iwagakure, The user literaly channles chakra in to the ground and forms it upwards in to a exact likness of themselves. This clone is as strong as the user and can take same damage but there slower than the actualy user. Ishi bushin can lead in to many other tecniques as it is solid and basicly like making a temperoary clone of the user. Some consider it to be Iwgakure's answer to Kohanagakure's Kage bushin.

Cp cost: 10 per bushin.
Damage: Each bushin deals the same damage as you.
Requeriments: Chakra +30, chakra control 30+, ninjutsu 30+
Training days: Varies.
Special: Stone clone can use all jutsu's the user knows (execpt actualy blood lines), half dodge, Chakra split equaly split between clones, all other stats are same as users curent stats, for technique purposes can be counted as Kage bushin

Doton: Doroku Gaeshi Shuriken (Earth Release: Earth Shore Return shuriken)
Once the user user the Earth shore return it the wall is not damaged there use there incredible strenght to lift and throw the wall like a shuriken

Damage: 10-20 + str mod
Requirments: Doton: Doroku Gaeshi, str 20+
Traning: 5 days
Special: can cancel out protective jutsu (by smashing in to them), +5 to oppnents dodge

Kamikaze Bunshin Bakudan-(Divine wind clone bomb)
With a stone clone the user makes the clone charge and usually try to grab on to the target before having its chakra network reverse completly. The reversal of the clones chakra network causes it to becom unstable and explode violently due to its carbon earth composotion.

Cp cost: 30 per exploded clone
Damage: 20-40 + chakra mod 10ft explosion radius
Requeriments: Ishi Bushin no jutsu, ninjutsu 50+
Training days: 20
Special: When clones are made the user can place gunpower in to the clone as there created, for each ounce of added gunpowder add +5 damage, treated as ninjutsu

Doton: Shikyo Oberisuku no jutsu -(Earth Release: Death Obelisk technique)
The user channles a great amount of chakra in to there first and would then proceed to impact that fist agint the ground. They then you then impact to make a extrely large obelisk shaped rock jut upwards out of the ground undeneath the target.
Cp cost: 50
Damage: 30-80 + chakra mod
Requirments: Earth affinity, chakra control 50+, str 30+
Traning: 25 days
Special:

Shikyo Oberisuku: Shikyo kanadzuchi -(Death Obelisk: Death hammer)
After performing Doton: Shikyo Oberisuku no jutsu With the large stone obelisk still standing the user then proceed to literaly pick the obelisk up and use it as a weapon to try and smash the oppnent with it as if it was agiant club.
Damage: 20-40 + Str mod (40-80 +str mod)
Requirments: earth affinity, chakra control 30+, str 50+
Training: 15 days
Special: When swinging the sides of the obelisk at target add +5 to attack melee, when trying to smash the oppnent the top -5 to attack melee but double damage, counted as weapon/taijutsu

Tsumibukai Seppun no Jutsu (Jutsu of the Sinful Kiss/Genjutsu)
This genjutsu is used to seduce and 'charm' an opponent. It uses the natural pheromones created within the human body and enhances them to gain the affection of all enemies within range. If the genjutsu is successful, the user must then perform another check to give suggestions. The victim performs a sense motive check to see if they fallow orders or resist. If they fail the sense motive check, they must do as the user commands them for the next turn. Then the cycle repeats itself. This jutsu can only be used once per battle as anyone who sees it will be prepared for it, especially if they fell for it the first time. It will not be broken if the caster attacks the victim indirectly like through a sneak attack or hidden jutsu. All direct attacks (taijutsu and frontal range and such) will dispell the jutsu.

Cp Cost: 35 cp + 8 per turn
Damage: No direct damage (unless the mental thing is instituted then I have something special for that.)
Requirements: Suduction Skill 100+, Genjutsu Skill 60, Must be taught by Takamichi Ryoko
Training: 5 days
Special: This jutsu can work on anyone so long as the DC's are done properly. Also, there will be a penalty of -25 if the jutsu is used on someone with different sexual preferences that don't include you. Say your a girl doing this jutsu on a straight girl, you suffer. Or if you try it on a gay male and you aren't a male yourself than you suffer.
Also the pattern for turns will be as follows:

Users 1st Turn: Cast Genjutsu
Foes 1st Turn: Will Save (fail)
Users 2nd Turn: Give suggestion
Foes 2nd Turn: Sense Motive check (Fail)
Foes 2nd Turn cont: Follow suggestion given
Users 3rd Turn: Give another suggestion
Foes 3rd Turn: Another Sense Motive Check (repeat above steps if Fail or if succed perform below actions)
Foes 3rd Turn cont: Resist Actions (Retry Will Save compared to previous Will DC) (success breaks jutsu, failure performs below)
Users 4th Turn: Tries to reapply Genjutsu (Will DC roll)
(Repeat steps as needed. Foe gets +6 on next Will Save)

Doton: Setsudan Chikyuu no Bakuhatsu (Explosion of cutting earth)
Jutsu Description:This is a jutsu made specially for trap like situation or if one runs out of exploding scrolls. The user of the jutsu must perform the Dragon, Tiger, and Bird handseals to start this jutsu. The basic premise of this jutsu is to focus ones chakra into a nearby rock or some other solid object. The user fills the object with their chakra till it gets to a point where they can forcebly cause the object to explode from the inside out. Higher level users of this jutsu may even put a 'timer' on the object by manipulating their chakra to accelerate once it leaves their hand. In this, high levels of chakra control are needed and must be maintained in order to keep a bomb from going off before time. With the exception of those highly tuned to detecting chakra, others would not be able to detect those bombs made with this technique because the chakra shouldn't change the shape of the object until the very last moment.
Must be non-living object. Each bomb creation in battle takes one Attack turn.

Cp Cost: 70 + 1 per square foot of object - Stone

Special: *DC: 40 when trying to make metal explode.
*Number of bombs on timer simultaniously: 1 per ever 10 in Chakra Control
*Bombs can be created before a battle but you start with -15 CP per bomb you carry with you into battle. -10CP per bomb is deducted for each turn you carry the bombs. This also accounts for timer bombs created during battles.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Description: Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this Jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones: like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. Though Uchiha members claim they could tell the difference, the real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. However, they can keep track of the original's movements. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God)
Description: This Jutsu was created by the Fourth Hokage and the reason behind his nickname, "The Yellow Flash of Konoha". It allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed of this Jutsu is much greater. In principal, it is similar to the Summoning Technique, but instead sends the user somewhere else rather than bringing something to them. Additionally, it makes no noise and produces no puff of smoke, thus allowing the user to appear behind someone unnoticed.

To activate this Jutsu, the user needs a special seal or "Jutsu formula" to mark their destination. After this is done, the user enters a dimensional void that almost instantaneously transport him or herself to that location whenever he/she chooses from then on. The Fourth applied the formula in advance to weapons such as kunai. It is also possible to leave a formula in an area touched by the user, such as on his/her opponent or some other surrounding feature.

Furthermore, if an object marked with a Hiraishin seal touches the ground, the seal's owner will immediately know the position of everyone close to the object. This technique also possesses surveillance purposes as the owner of the seal can continuously sense where anyone is as long as the seal is on them. No matter where an opponent is, they can arrive directly to that location. The Jutsu is also very unique because it requires no use of chakra, due to a special secondary seal that emits the same chakra as the user, allowing them to have an instant connection to the area.

This is one of the few known non-Kekkei-Genkai techniques created that the Sharingan/Byakugan cannot follow and cannot copy. It is because of this technique that Konoha came out victorious in the Iwa-Konoha Ninja War. After having his subordinates toss marked kunai randomly into the enemy ranks, Namikaze Minato used the technique to appear within their ranks, using the great speed of this Jutsu to seemingly appear to be in several places at once and wipe out entire squadrons one by one in moments before they could even react. The Japanese name Hiraishin is also the phonic of the Japanese word 避雷針, which means lightning rod.

Special: Add 1.5 Chakra mod. and +2 per 5 Chakra Control to anything involving speed.

Used offensively only in combinations involving Taijutsu. If only the user is present for the reverse-summoning ceremony, Hirashin combos are limited to the number of the user's attack turns (how many special kunais that can be thrown per turn). If more people are present, each seal kunai they toss would be considered an attack, regardless of the user's original attacking capability (attack turns) at that level.

Instead of the normal DC for melee attacks, Hirashin combos uses 1d20 + Attack Ranged to determine if the attack hits or not. If more people are present to assist in the reverse-summoning ceremony, then each Hirashin combination uses the first of each shinobi's Attack Ranged (the throwers of the kunai).

When used for teleporting to and fro, the seal kunai may be either left with a person/site. If it is thrown, the user would know that the reverse-summoning ceremony is "cast". Finally, there is a way to leave a temporary seal on the opponent itself that would last for one RP day. The user in this case would mark the opponent with a connecting strike (Taijutsu roll) and must pay the respective cost to create the seal. Only then are the seal kunais not necessarily required to be thrown for the ensuing reverse summoning ceremonies.

Raiko Sho Bi (Lightning Rose)
Description: The Haganegan isn’t necessary to begin this jutsu; however, it’s really helpful should the attack fail. First, the user produces two layers of chakra, perpendicular to each other, a few millimeters off the user’s hand. Second, the user launches two chakra strings straight up. These strings gather static electricity in the atmosphere and bring them down to the two layers of chakra; these layers store the excess electrons like a capacitor. Finally, the user launches chakra strings from the capacitor and towards the target. The electrons follow the chakra strings, producing a lightning-like effect. The strings first go outwards from the hand, than focus in on the target, giving the appearance of a rosebud from the side (thus, the name). More chakra strings can be used to bring more charge into the capacitor, increasing the damage. If the user fails to keep the capacitor in one piece throughout the jutsu, the charge will travel down the person’s inner coil system, killing the user. This is where the Haganegan comes in. The Haganegan slows down the flow of the electricity, deducing the damage dealt. Nonetheless, this attack is incredibly dangerous, and a medic should be on site during training.
CP Cost: 5 per string
Damage: 10-20 + Chakra Mod per string
Requirements: Genin rank, Chakra Control 10+
Training: 5 Days
Special: Chakra Control DC (DC = 10 + strings) is done before attack. If it fails a non-Raika will drop their HP to 0; a Raika will lose ¼ of the damage he/she would have dealt.


Raimei Yanagi (Thunder Willow)
Description: Same idea as the Raiko Sho Bi, different execution. The capacitor is created, the wires are made and the electricity is stored. This time, however, the strings are aimed straight up, and bend away from the user, similar to a weeping willow (thus…you get the idea). This attack is more often used against groups of enemies.
CP Cost: 7 per string per target
Damage: 15-25 + Chakra Mod per string
Requirements: Chunin Rank, Chakra Control 15+
Training: 7 days
Special: Chakra Control DC (DC = 15 + targets + strings) is done before attack. If it fails, a non-Raika will drop their HP to 0; a Haganegan user will lose ¼ of the damage he/she would have dealt.

Kage Kyouhaku no Jutsu (Shadow Intimidation Jutsu)
Description of Jutsu: The Victim of this Genjutsu is engulfed by pure darkness, sending them into the deepest abyss of nothingness. Here, they face a back and white, contrast monster of their greatest fears, this monster is generated, not by the user of the genjutsu, but the mind of the victim. The victim is forced to fight with their greatest fear, and try to overcome it. However, not many can bring themselves to this, and are too scared to fight back. The user can even use this genjutsu as a form of harsh interrogation, by projecting his or her voice from the monster to gather information.

Kage Yuuwaku no Jutsu (Shadow Seduction)
Description of Jutsu: The Victim of this Genjutsu is engulfed by pure darkness, sending them into the deepest abyss of nothingness. Here, they face a back and white, contrast figure of their greatest fantasies?! This monster is generated, not by the user of the genjutsu, but the mind of the victim. The victim is forced to overcome their greatest desire, or fall prey to it, and succumb to it, trapped forever in this illusion, or at least until the user releases them. However, not many can bring themselves to this, and are too infatuated to fight back. The user can even use this genjutsu as a form of interesting interrogation, by projecting his or her voice from the monster to gather information.

10 Sou no Genjutsu (Ten Layer Genjutsu)
Description of Jutsu: This Genjutsu sends the victim through a scenario of several alternate realities, tortures, and worlds that test and strain the mind by working through complicated puzzles. These puzzles come in the form of many things, and some that test the user to actually give up their life in the genjutsu in order to pass on to the next layer. The tests and warped realities bend the laws of physics, and twist all which is known as true and false, and right and wrong. The tests and worlds vary from person to person, but for sure, those that leave this genjutsu alive, are changed forever.

Special: The Victim of this jutsu Rolls 10, 20 sided Die at once. Each Die is calculated separately. If a roll fails to pass the DC set by the Genjutsu, the victim receives 20 damage to their MHP. A roll of a natural 20 breaks the genjutsu and cancels all damage after it, however, damage before the 20 is still calculated.
