I've finally REALLY started my exersise program.
My mother got me this book: 'Walk Away the Pounds'
And these 10 min exersises, and sometimes I go swimming, or play tennis, or go jogging with my friends. They are a good help.
Anyone ever try those books? I hope they work.
Next week I add healthy eating habbits.
And I really like walking.
I'd like to trim up for showchoir (I made the best showchoir at my school! YAY!)
I haven't been here in awhile. Mostly out of shame.

Keep walking, it might take longer for the signs to show (as opposed to, say, running), but it'll strengthen your core muscles which are essential for dance and keeping a trim torso!
I'm doing so far, so good. It's only been two days, but I all ready feel better that what I'm putting in my body is good for me, as opposed to the crap that I've been eating lately
