The room was pitch black and silence was like a suffocating blanket. If there had been a source of light, one could have saw the dusty particles that told tales of many years. One could also have seen the otherwise clean parts of the room. The made bed, the uncluttered walkway, and bottles of perfume that were organized ever so neatly on a table. With the darkness and the silence, one would have speculated that the room was empty; however, Reincarnate sat in a chair that was placed near an open window. Despite what people may have thought, she had always been around. Usually she had been in a deep slumber, unaware of her surroundings. She was quite vulnerable in these sleeping periods and often awoke glad that no one had come to see if she were in her room all this time. Other times, she had been the only one in the entire Manor, perhaps other than the demons creeping about inside the walls. She usually haunted the top few levels, never daring to go down to the main floor. This was in fear that a wave of drowsiness would come over her and someone would find her looking quite dead by the front door. So instead she waited out her couple months of deep sleeps either in the library or in her room. Now, she suspected, it had passed for a while and she could finally start doing duties around the Manor. Maybe even try to find those she had once cared for. Through her days spent dreaming, her looks had somewhat changed. She was skinnier, almost sickly so, but still elegant as ever. Her hair was still short, but had turned a rich silver. Her dark blue eyes had become darker yet and her pale complexion was more pale than ever. Though her appearances had changed, her personality hadn't. She had woken up to an empty spot in her bed, and a quiet Manor again. She was lonely, one could say.

Stops at the door sticking a note on it with silver imprinted letters and a black sheet of paper, He smiled and though about knocking but most likely she already sensed his presence. The note read.
I am sure you are aware of my presence I am here to stay I kept my word and I am back it is good to see you maybe you could meet me in the library sometime.
One of your loyal guardians
-Sage-
He smiled and closed his eyes bowing his head slightly then turned and walked away his boots hitting the steps with a soft beat as he headed for the library.

Reincarnate looked in the direction of the door. She wished that Sage would have knocked. He would have been nice to talk to. She stood up, her gray dress barely kissing the floor. As Sage's footsteps grew faint, Reincarnate opened the door. Upon it she found the note and took it from off the frame. With a smile she read it and then tucked it into the bosom of her dress for safekeeping.
She had been asleep for far too long and wasn't quite ready to meet whomever may be lurking in the Manor. She was still in her quiet, I-don't-want-anyone-speaking-to-me mood. It would pass, just like her overwhelming tiredness.

Reincarnate felt more than saw or heard the arrival of two or three people she had been longing to see. And they both were going to have a small talking to or a very long talking to. She stood up quickly, straightened her dress with her hands and then slipped out of her room. It had been the first time she had really done so in some time, but the Manor's halls never confused her. A picture stood out here or a statue there that bid her to follow them, a sign she hadn't lost her mind while she had been sleeping.

Walking up the countless steps that ever so decorated the stairs, she found herself standing an arms reach from Reincarnate's door.Leaving a mere medium shaped box with a grey shaded bow,the tag pure silver glinting in the light simply read : To one not so alone. The signiture a simple C and nothing more.Walking away she began to descend the stairs in a slow grace that much like the shadows.Pondering silently to herself when she'll have a chance to speak with the fair lady herself.
