Okay.
I have a Proform Cross-Trainer fitness machine... well, my stepdad does (but I'm the only one who uses it
xp ). Anyway, I have NO idea how to use the thing-- I mean, sure, some things (like leg extension and Butterfly) are really easy to figure out. Put together, my stepdad and I have figured out everything on there... except how one is supposed to do hip abductions on the damn thing.
I went onto Proform's website, and they offer online manuals. All one has to do is type in their machine's serial number, and it'll be available for download right away. Great, right? Wrong. They put the machine's serial number
on the physical manual. As in, the booklet that comes with the machine. My stepdad got this one at a
garage sale. It didn't have a manual.
gonk "To get the manual, you have to type in a number on your manual, which you don't have, otherwise you wouldn't be here in the first place!! :{BBBBBBB" Real smart of them.
They also said that the serial number may be under the seat, but it isn't on mine.
So, I'm writing here hoping that someone knows what the feck they're doing. I just wanna know how to do hip abductions-- I'm tired of toning every other spot on my legs but that one. It should be pretty much the same on every machine, since they're all the same exercise, but I'd prefer it if I heard from someone with the same kind of machine that I have.
