So I was thinking about getting my traguses (or tragi? :S) pierced, but I wasn't too sure because I heard from a few people that it really hurts. But yesterday I went for it, and - it didnt hurt at all! I was so suprised.
Only bad thing is I can't put a headphone in that ear to listen to my iPod =[
I'll post a picture up once I get home smile

Looks great! I feel you on the headphones, they will never really fit right.

Looks awesome smile
I've never had a problem with iPod headphones and my conch, but I guess that's different XD.

I thought it would be really painful aswell but it was the least painful of all my cartilege piercings. I have my conch and an industrial done and they hurt much more, especialy the industrial.
As for earphones, just follow my trick; lift the ring up and snug the earphone in. Mine stays xD

OooOooohhh..... That looks really great!
Just be really careful while you're talking on the phone. Hurts like a b***h when you hit it.
Mine didn't hurt that bad at all either. People are just wussies when it comes to pain these days... rolleyes
Happy healing!
P.S. Syringes without the needles work REALLY great for getting the solution into your ear canal. Just don't put it in too deep. Don't need you going deaf on us.

IDK, my tragus hurt worse than all my other piercings or any of my tats (although the stuff on my ribcage came close), but I'd still do it again.
As to earbuds - they'll never fit quite the same way again (unless you maybe take the piercing out, but that'd be sad), but I find that they're much easier to wear if I've got a flatback in (labret stud?). Those are pretty comfortable, and range from wonderfully discreet microgems to really flashy spikes and such.

Hollic As for earphones, just follow my trick; lift the ring up and snug the earphone in. Mine stays xDI learnt that trick too!
But for me my tragus hurt the most out of my piercings, but my cartilige hurt for the longest, if that makes sence sweatdrop my tragus healed really quickly as well. xD
