I read an article that had Billie Joe saying that he thought Lifestyles of the Rich and teh Famous was a good song, and he liked GC and he thought 'when a band like that says they were inspired by you, its amazing"

Aww, that's so nice! I bet when GC heard that, they were really, glad to say the least since Green Day is like in their early 30s and GC is like in their 20s and they're their idols. I also heard GC listened to Green Day. Joel said he and his brother grew up on Green Day and Rancid. 3nodding
