Metronome
play on each beat
then play with a drum machine and try to work with the kick drum in it
then play along with CDs

Nobody is perfect to start out with, but when I started playing, I always had really good rhythm, so I can't teach you how to learn it.
Infact, it's one of those things that some say can't be learned. You have to have it.
But don't get discouraged. Like the guy above said, Buy a Metronome. That'll help a lot. Then when you play witha drummer, lock into the Kick Drum. That should be the thing you work on the most when playing with the drums.

do what zac said it's probably the best way but some times you don't know until some one plays with you then they can tell you. It is challenging at first just do what Zac said and you'll get it fine.
