1-Obey the Mizukage(Haku Needles) for it is his village and what he says goes.

2-Memebers are not allowed to make threads without running it by the Mizukage first.

3-The OOC thread is for public use and anything you can imagine, keeping in mind it obeys Gaia TOS and the GGN rules as well as Tosh's rules.

4-Anything that is a sticky or announcement members are not to post in unless it is a polled sticky or it is asking you opinion of something.

5-I reserve the right to ban you for violating these rules as given power by the GGN. However I may give you a couple warnings at first.

6-E-points will be given out by the Mizukage or they can be purchased by Tosh.

7-Do not PM me to unlock threads, I have them locked for a reason.

8-I reserve the right to make additions to these rules as I see fit.

9-Points/rewards will not be given out for training that is not sanctioned by Haku Needles in the form of a mission or something else. However, critiquing is gladly given.

10-Users are allowed to send in profiles for Jounin and ANBU, but are rarely accepted due to the fact that they are mostly reserved for teaching positions.

11- Kekkei Genkai are to be PMed to Tosh_Crimson first, then to me. I reserve the right to say no to the kekkei genkai even if Tosh says it is approved.
