You can sign up for S.K.I.N. updates by going to this site:

http://www.jrockrevolution.com/

and use the search option, inputting this: S.K.I.N. updates. and once the results show up, just scroll down a bit, til you see the words mailing list.

I never tried to email Gackt before. I guess I should, but I know I probably won't get a reply, he does get tons of fanmail.
