Hello and welcome to my theory thread for the next big Gaia plotline.
(Note: I've been working on this LONG before the Vladmir news)
This theory revolves arond the realtionship between Johnny K Gambino and the
Von Helson sister's Father, the late Vladmir Von Helson.
As you all know Johnny K Gambino is the wealthiest man in Gaia and as you may also know
The Von Helson family is wealthy as well.
I propose that Count Vlad Von Helson was once a business partner with Johnny when they were younger.
They worked closely together building an empire from the ground.
One day this friendship and partnership came to a grinding halt.
Johnny had fallen in love with Vladmir's younger sister and needless to say Vladmir did not approve.
They continued to see eachother without his approval.
Some time later she became pregnant but unfortunatly died durring childbirth.
So Gino Gambino was born.
Vladmir never forgave Johnny for "killing" his sister.
Johnny and Vladmir went their seperate ways and they each built an empire dispite the other.
Johnny created G CORP to bestow his strengths upon his son to ensure he could
run the family business after his father passed on.
It is my opinion that Vladmir created a simular secret facility to preserve his family legacy, most likely named V CORP.
With no sucess despite his countless hours spent in the attic toiling over his notes.
Durring one of Vlad's experiments he became very ill and in an act of desperation
he syrum he'd been working on in an attempt to save his life.
The formula had not been completed and sent Vladmir into a frenzy causing
the damage to the upstairs in the Von Helson mansion.
The sisters not knowing what else to do sealed him in the attic for
his safety and their own.
The sisters needed a way to cover for their fathers condition so they faked his
death to avoid any unwanted attention.
The sisters then stuck a deal with LabTechX to get them a sample of Gambino's virus in hopes
of curing their father.
X shared the research of G CORP and gave them the virus in exchange
for a hefty sum of Gaian currency.
Not having the scientific knowladge to engineer a virus the sisters hired
several scientests to help discover what had happened to their father.
using their father's testing facility and laboratory the labtechs were able to
create a way for Vladmir rest so the doctors could analyze his condition.
Using the genetic structure of the bats found in the caves near the Durem reclamation hub a virus was created.
It was believed that the bats of the cave slept durring the day, this would allow the
labtechs to examine the count while he slept.
They drugged his food with the syrum and shortly after he fell asleep.
It had worked, or so they thought.
When the Labtechs entered the room to examine Vladmir he sprang to life
attacking them in a horrific rage killing them all.
The syrum had bestowed the bat's senses upon Vladmir.
He was faster, stronger and something else...
A need to feed.
Vladmir in essence became what I've affectionatly named a "Von-pire™".
He fled into the night and was not seen for several days.
When he finally returned we found that his daughters had been killed
and to his disbelief the man responsible was none other that Johnny Gambino.
Gambino had taken away everything that Vladmir held dear.
Ever since then he's been hiding in the caves at the Durem Reclamation hub
planning his revenge on the Gambino family.
Basicly I think it would be awesome if Vladmir somehow created an army of what I've named VON-PIRES™.
I'm not sure how but Gambino would in return release another invasion of Grombies to combat the Von-pires™.
Thus giving Gaia another Von Helson vs Gambino event made of extra win!
The users that sided with Vladmir would be allowed to work towards becoming a Von-pire™
and the Gambino supporters would become a new form of Grombie.
It would be madness!!!!
I'll update this thread as I come up with more.

Info I may need.
-Although they've not been around for very long, the sisters have already raised some interesting plot questions. Their father, Count Vladmir Von Helson, was apparently an important and upstanding man (and a friend of Gambino's) who died under mysterious circumstances. They had a room upstairs in their mansion which was torn to shreds mysteriously. Perhaps most suspiciously, they were seen dealing with LabTechX at the Anniversary Ball, exchanging a hefty sum of money for a box of ambiguous purpose.
-When the Tower fell, they were apparently caught in the wreckage, and their mansion was forcibly replaced by a second Gambino mansion. They have not been seen since.
-The late father of the Von Helson Sisters, and a mysterious figure. Rumors surround his death, but little is known of him. From comments that were made at the Second Gaian Anniversary Ball, it seems that Johnny Gambino may have been an acquaintance. It is likely that he spoiled his daughters to the point of turning them into the self-centered stereotypes we know today.
-Ian obtained a prescription pill bottle that was apparently something damning about Gino, but he dropped it in the burning mansion while saving Sasha. How convenient.
-The top of the tower also smashed directly into the Von Helson mansion. The dust took a week to clear. When it did, it was revealed that the fall of the tower was likely planned, as there was a new Gambino mansion on the Isle and a second one which took the place of the Von Helson mansion.

NOTING IN THIS THREAD LEAVES THIS THREAD UNTILL I'M FINISHED.
details are still in the works.
Basicly I'm working on a Von-pire™ vs Grombie event.
Headed by Vlad von helson's rage over the loss of his children.
Ian becomes a Vampire when the count offers him the power to obtain what he wants... Sasha.
But as you may have guessed such power comes at a price.
He is under the count's controll as a Von-pire™ now.
Needless to say his Von-pire™ ism will drive her into Gino's arms even more.
The count somehow creates a Von-pire™ army to take out the Gambinos
and Johnny in response reopens G CORP and starts a Grombie outbreak to combat the Von-pires™.
The event would consist of users biting one another therefore furthering their transformation.

Unfortunately, with these letters and such, another VH vs. Gambino plot looks unlikely.

Perhaps we could find a way to connect Edmund's activity with Gambino's sinister plans?
