What happens to the gold paid as an entery fee in some guilds and what happens with the gold if we donate it to the guild?

The entry fee and the donated gold both go into the guild account.
When a guild has 2500 gold, thye may buy a subforum for the guild, kind of like a file folder, like the ones above the main post board, you know the "Bump" forum and the "advertise yo selves" forum.

The more gold a guild has, the more valuable it is as well, so if th captain ever decides to sell it they get more for the guild.

But most captains don't put out an entry fee because it scares members away.

Yet while other guild rather gaians who understand the lay of the land enter.
There is quite a bit of knowledge to learn and understand about gaia and it's forums. Entry fees help insure that new gaians have a chance to catch on to these facts before they enter.
