Just use Skype, or a yahoo voice group conversation. The only time it costs anything with skype is when you call an actual phone. I do voice calls all the time in there, and you can always invite other people in to join in on the conversation.

That would require me to BE in the chat the whole time. And can't skype conference only hold 5 people? Teamspeak servers are better.

No. I was saying like, get a conversation going, and as people sign on, invite them in. That's how I run my podcast.
