Ok! So I heard from a freind that you can make a background that determines the whole layout of the page. like for this for example:
No it is not mine, I just found it on photobucket. My question is, HOW do you move things around were they go with your picture?! It seems SOOOO confusing to me! HELP PLEASE!!! I SOOOO do not get this!
