I've seen it before. It's not a tickle dungeon, but has a dungeon that has supposed tickle torture in it. There's no reactions, though. And you can interact with one another tickling someone else, but only if you're both on each other's friends lists.

You have to talk a LOT just to acquire one piece of the dungeon set.
The tickling also is...eh...*shrugs* one person moves the feather, but the other person must make themselves react to it. Not automatic or nuttin lol. So while people make themselves tickle contrinuously, the other person must continuously command themselves to wiggle and move and laugh.
