A quiet laugh escaped the woman as she stared ahead. So this was it, the place the letter talked about. She gentle ran a hand up the back of her neck, fingers filtering through her shoulder length black hair before she let it drop again and began to walk up to the gate.
Actually, her choice to do what the thing said hadn't been entirely based upon an interest in the program. More the fact she was beginning to get a less than shining reputation in her previous hometown. Yes, it had been time for a change, and certainly a simple physical trainer would easily be overlooked in a new town. Far easier to go about her ways now that she was a simple nobody. So now... the question was. Where to go from here.
She glanced at the gate briefly before leaning forward, hands quickly finding their way to her hips. Seemed solid enough, she could probably jump it if she ever wanted out and they decided she should bea prisoner... and for sneaking out. No problem there. So all that was left was meeting the crazies in charge. Obviously they had to be a bit odd to want someone like her as part of this whole deal. "Mmmn... betcha they didn't see the stuff ah covered up."
Yea, that wasit. They just didn't know, and wouldn't be finding out. "Keep it under wraps and no problem." That said the twenty-three year old crossed her arms behind her head and began to stride up towards the main building with only a backpack on. She had to procure living quarters before she was going to drag in boxes and the like afterall. "Oiii! Anyone around? Name's Rin Bache! I got a letter about this place!" She even brought it to prove she wasn't a crazy.

Ahneta jerked awake with a start, feeling confused for a few moments, before she sorted out where she was. Or actually, forget that; she was just as confused then, because what was she doing on a bench?
At least it was actually in the compound.
Then she realized she had heard someone speak, and remembered why she was alseep on a bench: Dacian had told her to wait for a guardian. At six in the morning. She had only gone to bed an hour before then!
Feh. No wonder she'd fallen asleep.
Feeling rumpled, she made her way out of the gardens and towards the voice; and upon spotting them, she crossed her arms across her chest and stared, tiredly, at the woman.
"Are you the new guardian? Normally Dacian would take care of you. But he decided to bother me, and cause me to sleep horribly, so I'm stuck with you."
Yeesh. Talk about welcoming...

Welcoming shmelcoming. She didn't care much for the attitude, but she wasn't about to comment on it either. "Mmn, then y'can talk to em about it later?" She replied with something of a smirk. Honestly, she didn't care much who it was so long as the whole procedure went well and all. "But yea, ahm that guardian." Or at least, that's what she assumed. Wasn't that what the letter said? She mentally tried to go over it again in her head and ended up brushing it off. Close enough.
Both arms swung up to rest behind her head as she tilted her shifted her weight to one leg the other lifting to tap the toe of her shoe against the ground. "So aside from being mah guide an' hatin' it... what all y'gonna show meh?" She was probably being overly casual, but seeing as how she knew the woman wasn't going to like her anyway, it was obvious with her greeting, why bother with trying to please? Besides, they'd asked for her first. Not the other way around.
"Seein' as ya probly jus' wanna get back to bed an all we might as well get to it, y'know?" Straight to the point and all that. It was best to figure the place out quickly anyway. She still needed to gather her things and shove them in after all.

Ahneta approved of the guardians attitude - get it over with quickly; she was all for that. Although she didn't care much for the tone...but she was too tired to really bother with that.
"Then we're in agreement. I'll show your the Soul - it hasn't been born yet - and then I can sleep."
Forget tours; if Dacian wanted them to have tours, he could take care of that. The grumpy mage didn't waste any time with dawdling, she just began to head towards the labs.
"It's in the labs; shouldn't take too long to have a quick peek at it."
((We'll just have Rylan be born during this rp, since I never responded before she was born sweatdrop ))

((Ahahaha... and then it takes me forever and a day to respond at well? *Bows her head.* Sorry about that. @.@;; ))
Yeeeeeeep, she'd gotten herself involved in something strange. Well, best to figure it out now. Nothing had changed aside from the fact she was off to meet some unborn soul and it all sounded completely normal. Or as far from it as things could be. She wasn't quite sure anymore as the woman had sounded quite serious while speaking. Not even the slightest crack of a smile. That meant things were normal right? "Keh, least it's normal here." She mumbled under her breath, stretching her arms over her head as she followed the woman. "Lead th' way, hun."
The labs, huh? Sounded fancy really. Just what kind of place was this? Sure the letter had said this and that, but seeing was believing. Really, how many people took everything they heard, or read seriously? She'd just figured it was a bit of an odd little situation and that things would find a way to work for the better. She'd needed a change in location and something came up to allow it, soo...
She's just adjust and figure it out. "M'sure it won't take too long."
