no it is not, Kakashi specifically tells Naruto that if he is able to learn to suppress the Kyubbi within him he can become up to 100 times more powerful...that is why Yamato (clone of the first who could control the Jin) has to control it while Naruto is learning his next level of Rasengan...(mixing it with the wind element) sorry but you are way off!

That, and after Naruto did most of the work (and in so little time too) killing Kakuzu without calling on the kyuubi's power at all, Kakashi said that Naruto has surpassed him, without using the kyuubi at all.

You can always tell who the Sasuke NH's (Nut Huggers) are...stop hating, I put proof right there, the Nine Tail is suppressing who Naruto really can be...maybe read up before making Toonami claims,

Some people in this guild don't read the manga or watch Shippuden and only stick to the episodes in America. I had no idea what Kyubbi was until Kow told me (He's a bigger follower of Naruto manga than I) and perhaps VAMPS doesn't know what Kyubbi meant either. That's no reason to call him new.
As for my opinion on why Naruto is as good as he is, yes the Fox-Demon contributes a lot to him, but Naruto is still a great ninja on his own. I didn't really like Naruto at first (Gah, how many times did he say "Beleive it" in america?" but after Shippuden, he became a lot cooler.

The Nine Tailed Fox only heals Naruto after a while. Naruto has a huge amount of Chakra, which is why he is able to make so many shadow
clones. After Naruto resumes training with Yamato and Kakashi, he learns not to depend on the Kyubi, but in his own strength and power. If you think Sasuke is Strong, then ur correct, but so is Naruto. The Futon: Rasenshuriken is one of the most devastating technics ever created, it destroys the cells of the person it is used on. Now picture that. I hope ur able to understand this. Naruto is not the same little guy anymore. Naruto has become very strong.

I'm not the kind of fan who reads the jappanese manga, but I do watch the Shippuden episodes. Naruto does well on his own. The Kyubbi doesn't do much anymore.

VAMPS666 the nine taled fox is the only reson narto can do as good as he dose the only times he uses the nine tails is when he is pissed off, or when someone is cheatin xD naruto is awsomeness. nine tails or not.
