The AIM program itself sucks, but it's not a bad messenger. Use Trillian and put AIM and MSN on the same client that doesn't suck, haha.

MSN is better cause in AIM you ALWAYS have to have your email address as your name. With MSN, you log in with your email and you can call yourself whatever you'd like any day of the week.
