the squirrels name is maru. or maro. whichever. and i didn't watch the whole sereis, i'm watching it in english dvds. there's gonna be more english dvd's, and tht's how I'm gonna finish the series.

wow really? I've been watching the english dvds. i collected all the manga(except volume 7, which i can't find anywhere!!!!!)and it was really good. i didn't want it to end.

My friend has been collecting the english dvds(she gets them at suncoast, target, Borders....) and I got the books a few years ago. most book stores don't have many of the books anymore, though.
I still can't find volume 7, and volume 5 has gone to "The Place Under The Mystic Unknown Where All Manga Books Reside That Are Lost".
Or, in other words, TPUTMUWAMBRTAL.

u can check how many english episodes there r on kodocha.tv and as for how many they plan on maing, i've got no clue.
some people hav been saying tht the english versions may not end up making the whole series, but tht would be terrible.

0icy_fallen_angel0 No one has answered my question. In the ending, WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SQUIRELL????? lol, sorry, calming down now. In the manga, there's a sidebar somewhere that explains that Sana and her mom were looking at one of those vending carts on the side of a road and it just so happened to sell squirrels. It jumped into her mom's hair and wouldn't come out, so Sana suggested they buy it and let it live in her hair. THe squirrel also has a name, which I forgot. Does that answer ppl's questions? i believe it lives in sana moms hair til it dies but it lives a very very very happy life (im onlly assuming since the end of the manga really said nothing about it)

I have episode 1 to 24. there are only 50 english episodes... so far... i believe tahts all there going to be in english oh and u know since funimation (the copany that publishes kodocha english dvds {as u know}) has a youtube channel and if we can all wait like a long period of time they probly will upload all the english episodes like they did with peach girl and suzuka and all the others they have (so far) uploaded) they most likely are waiting till they sell all their dvds (except on ebay) i hope this helps
