Background: Tracey was a skilled carpenter and an expert with knots, before coming on Aiden’s old ship, Aurarius, he worked on two others. He followed orders and even made it up to able crewman on the Aurarius before the mad captain let the ship crash upon the rocks. Tracey would have survived with only minor scratches, but he dove into the brutally crashing waves and deadly debris to try and save his sister, Annabelle and the woman he was growing to love, Tia. Not only was he unable to save either women, didn’t so much as see them in his many dives, the ship turned the wrong way as it was sinking and took his right arm from the elbow down off. In that moment, he gave up the struggle to live but managed to float ashore before the sharks came to finish him off.
Some islanders nursed him back to life while he was unconscious, when he awoke, it took several days before any life came back to him. In those slow and extremely painful days, he thought of nothing else besides what Aiden took form him. He lost his ability to do knots, he lost the two women that meant so much to him, he lost everything that was ever held dear to him. Slowly, he learned to compensate for his missing arm, there was some carpentry he could still do, but not as perfectly or as fast. Feeding his drive to live was not a love of life, but an extreme all consuming hatred for captain Aiden. He knew the man was alive, he had freaking wings after all, he flew away like a coward, that was his thinking anyway. So it became the life mission of Tracey to find Aiden and kill him once and for all. He would pay, that became his life’s mission and a mantra of sorts, when things got too hard, he muttered that and drove on.
Personality: Sense that crash, he lost a lot of his good nature, becoming more solemn and even less talkative then before. He hates more regularly and holds no love nor joy in his heart. He has also become more violent and apt to attack people then he had ever been before.
