as did the Hallmark Channel. What I want to know is why? Why did these two cable stations decide not to air Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen?

ComradeChe Ive seen goodbye farewell and amen multiple times on both channels Do they have a special time for them or something? Each time I've seen the series ending, they play the Time Capsule one, they go right back to the Pilot.

I wanted to buy the final season the other day. I went to HMV and M*A*S*H was on sale. Cool right? Wrong. Season 1-10 was on sale, season 11 not on sale. Isn't that just stupid. I have never seen The last episode. It makes me angry.
So I bought season 8 instead (cus it had "dreams")

I have never seen The last episode. It makes me angry. Have you checked amazon.com? They might have it? Gildra So I bought season 8 instead (cus it had "dreams") I remember that on. There were so many wounded in post-op that they were running out of bed space, and a lietenant in charge of deploying ambulances (which would take the wounded from post-op) didn't want to, because he was afraid of the ambulances being shot at. Lietanant: I signed for those. If anything happens to them, the army will take it out of my pay! Col Potter: You ninny! The army expects them to get shop at! That's why they give them to us! Colonel Potter explained to a bed-ridden general that the lietenant didn't want to send evacuation ambulances because "there's a lot of shooting going on, and he doesn't want those poor ambulances to get hurt." (lawl sarcasm)

It took me forever to view the last episode, the channel I watch the show on here is called Prime and I don't think they ever showed it. Hopefully you can find it on Amazon like Steel The Stoic suggested, or the store you bought season 8 will restock and get season 11 or the GFA special edition dvd thing.

I've seen the whole finale twice on Hallmark channel within the last year and a half. It's a rare episode for them to show. It doesn't mean that they refuse to. You just have bad timing.

That's true. I have seen it on Hallmark. Maybe they don't show it very often because they usually show 2 hours worth of M*A*S*H and the movie is 2 and a half hours.

I've seen it myself. When they show the time capsule episode (one of my favorites, and not just because of the dedication!) they will show the pilot. The next day or the following weekend they will usually run the finale. Just keep a watch on it. And for those of you who do not own the dvd's yet, just buy the Martini's and Medicine collection- It's the most cost efficient way of getting all of the seasons and the movie, plus ALL the bonus features. It's awesome.
