well, I guess I'll just cut to the chase, I'm Taylor Klotz of Monument Colorado. 16 years old I am, and I enjoy science and mathematics. I want to become a Cryogenist, or Quantum Physicist. And perhaps a mineraloligist, or geologist. I'm on team 1 of my High school Science Olympiad team, and this last year we were literally 4mm short to make 4th place at state. (boomilever was measured to be 4mm short of the minimum required size putting us in tear 2 for that event.) I won 1st place in Oceanography at regionals, second place in Dynamic planet at regionals 2 years ago, and made 4th place at state for rocks and minerals, I later found out that I was a lithium, aragonite, and a yule marble away from 1st place in that event. Well I suppose that's me for the time being, I need to go do stuff so I shall post more about me later.

Well, there is one more thing I'd like to say. Mathematically I got screwed over in the seventh grade, so now to get to AP Cal. by my senior year I have to test out of Pre-Calc....not that difficult, but I don't really trust my Calculator much and only use it to check my answers, so I one Day taught myslef how to find Sine and Cosine without a calculator...Thanks to the interent I found out how and why it works and found the power series for the job...Oddly enough it was called the Taylor power series for Sine...that was cool...but then While at School one day I was curious as to how to do the inverse operations of these, after just comparing some answers using a Calculator I was able find that the only thing I needed to do was simply reverse the operations within the series. And I then succesfully found out how to do the inverse Sine and Cosine operations....(I found out later that this is called an inverse function, and it made me feel special.)

Okay I think I'm done.

lol, no, it's the Illustration of a Chaos lord for a tabletop game that I play. You build and paint the miniatures that are about 2" tall. You collect and build an Army and play against other people with the rules specific to your army as well as the universal rules for the game. It's strategic, but in the End it's the dice that determine the out come of the game most of the time. It's called Warhammer 40K, it's expensive thoug h.... http://us.games-workshop.com/games/40K/default.htm there's a link to the website for it if you're interested.

Well I've never played battlefeild, but there is a real time strategy game for it on the comp. It's called Dawn of war. I'm a biggy on war type games, actual war I could do without, but the act of it without casualties is fun. Like Paintball or Airsoft. mrgreen
