I've never actually played a difficult guitar, but I DID have a somewhat difficult time adjusting between a 6 and a 7 string in the beginning.

Deconstructing their hold...i never had a problem because the way i studied theory was by notes, so i knew what a low B played and it made my scales and playing simpler, but that 8 string was still hell to reach for.
and i hale long fingers. Our vengeance will be tenfold
 It's okay.

I had to rent an acoustic for a while for my guitar class at school before I bought one for myself, and boy was it a dog. A Fender CG-7 nylon string. Its headstock and body were chipped, and it had the worst strings ever. I really wanted to change them, but I knew it was only a rental and prevented myself. Oh, and whenever I tried to bend a string it would slip out of its groove in the nut.

I don't know about the hardest guitar, but the most annoying guitar I ever played was this cheap 30-year-old Spanish guitar that my uncle had probably bought at a tag sale.
The neck snapped right off the body while I was playing it. No, I didn't try to wrap it around my little brother's neck.
Anyway, nobody thought it was worth fixing, so we burned it twisted

generally i have problems with any guitar i havent set up myself, the action on my standard tuning axe is a bit less the 1/16 of an inch, of course i raise it for drop tunings, you cant shred with high action, and if you could, you can shred 100x on a guitar with low action cool
oh...and ibenez too...their necks are WAY too thin for my hands

an SG,the weight is so awkward for me to hold, mostly cause im used to my lp.but i actually did bust my hand on a doubleneck once.i was playing it at a music store, and considering purchasing it.and i play very crazily,my hand is all over the place(efficient aye?)and it just ended up in the wrong place, and i hit it so hard that i broke my finger(bad, very bad).i will never play another doubleneck again.now i know that this is about the most awkward, but the most comfortable for me would be any fender, even though they sound like s**t(mostly because of my playing style).second most comfy would be an lp.its heavy, but thats how i like em!

I have my action set really high for the type of music me and my friends play. Another reason I have high action is because I can (and do) play both rhythm and lead, so I use extra heavy strings to get a thick deep sound for my chords and power chords. Just remember practicing with higher action (Especially solo's) develops your speed and dexterity.

Nylon Strings and knock off guitars (Like Vintage and Jay Turser). They cramp my hand. But I haven't had any problem with 7-strings.

lol hardest ever? well i'd have to say it was missing half the fretts and strings and the neck was warped by an inch anda half. but it played lol sounded funny though. it was an old acoustic with no markings on it.
other than that the hardest instrument i tryed to play was an Ibanez owned by my cousin that he had put acoustic strings on, and tuned it to E.
it didnt last long the neck bowed permenantly overnight
