Welllll....
You know how I like Preston?
I still haven't broken up with ethan and NOW i have to wait 6 weeks to do it...But the more I put it off the more I like him again or make excuses in my head on why I should stay with him...
And also...This preston thing, it's getting very risky! Because my friend Augusta likes him a lot apparently...so when I mention him I know it aggrivates her...x.x;

Why do you now have to wait 6 weeks to break up with Ethan the Jerk??
Don't make excuses. He's Ethan the Jerk!! He wasn't there for you when you needed him the most, so how can you even think about falling back into that frame of mind.
If you let him walk all over you when your feeling weak, he'll fo it all the time, knowing that your not going to say anything about it.
And about the Preston ordeal. When did you find out your friend Augusta also liked him?? And is it a crush or is she madly in love with him. And does she even know him or is it love from afar.
Whatever it is. Don't let it come between you guys.

Remember that. Your friends are going to be around long after you break up with some guy.

You can tell how much a person likes you by when they're nice to you.
Nice friends will stick with you through the easy things. They'll be there to laugh and talk.
Good friends will stick with you through everything, the good and the bad. They'll be there to laugh and talk, cry and hold.
Do you really want to have to wait till the next time something awful happens, to want to break up with him again? I'm not trying to lecture you, I just mean that it's hard to make relationship break ups when you're already heartbroken because you want that stable familiarity.
I don't think that you should wait at all. :3 You have his email, phone number, IM name, all that, I'm sure you can find a way to get ahold of him :3

1. Ethan goes to a thing called upward bound for 6 weeks, he apparently left last sunday.
2. Ethan's not allowed to have cellphones and they don't have internet there.
3. xD I found out augusta actualy like preston after I told her preston liked me/i liked him.
4. She's only been friends with him/it's more of an obsession, she's afraid of guys and has never acted upon her liking. Preston asked her out for Prom and she turned him down.

psh you're not tied to him, you know x3 take this time to just enjoy being free and tell him, if upon his return he complains, that had he bothered to talk to you while the s**t was hitting the fan, he'd have known that ya'll had broken up wink lol xd

But she just broke up with/ is breaking up with Ethan and it's not the best to jump into another relationship right now. ( I mean in the romantic sense.)
Plus with all the stuff going on with her Dad, things aren't stable right now.
And she's going to need the support of her friends and family more than ever.
If Cheri and Augusta are such good friends, then they should be happy for one another if anything happens between either of them and Preston.
But who can resist our Cheri??

 Yeah... sorry, but it sounds like Preston's fair game... Augusta had her chance and chose to say no. If it comes in the way of your friendship, that's not really your fault. In my experience, a true friend won't abandon you just because you're dating a guy they like (especially if they don't even tell you about it till after you've told them your feelings). That said, again, you don't really want to jump head first into a new relationship.
As to Ethan, is he honestly worth wasting another 6 weeks of your life over? So he's gone. Good. Move along with your life.
