How to make Fried Rainbows:

1. Separate two eggs. (that does not mean put two eggs at opposite sides of the counter. It means isolate the coloured part from the white part. In other words, segregate your eggs.)

2. Discard the shells and yolks.

3. in a hot, buttered frying pan, fry the egg whites.

4. Add food colouring to the top. It's best to do this while the eggs are not completely cooked, so they're white on the bottom and clear on the top.

5. cook thouroughly.

6. serve. (warning, they taste kinda funny.)
