9. Advertise (Am receiving help from SuperDuperRockLee, though)

I'm actually at a loss for what to write. Akira and Issui are currently in a room waiting for action. Rio and all those with him really are in a fix as to what to do about the Tenken; Whait for the Jounin exam or have someone Onryou thinks can make it through the test take it. Eiju doesn't really have anything to do. And Taki is somewhere in cloud country until I can find a way to work her into the story again.
