"After all of us adults talked and looked at some examples of what’s out there to rent and figured numbers, it makes more financial sense to stay where we are and move Diana & JJ in with us. The reason being is that if we move, then we’ll have to come up with a deposit, a pet deposit and first month’s rent and maybe buy or rent appliances (fridge, washer & dryer) on top of that.
After looking at the pet room and measuring it, we know that the bunk beds that Diana has will fit in there (after taking out the shelves). Now who will get that room, that’s the question? She’s willing to just share it with JJ or we also thought about moving you in there with JJ. The bunk beds are queen size beds, both of them (as big as my bed) and the headboard is actually built out of an entertainment center with room for a TV and shelves and what not on it. You could put your computer nicely on it and actually be in bed on your puter. But no pressure, the choice will be yours. Diana doesn’t care either way. We can put a curtain over the door so the pets can still get through but the room isn’t completely exposed and once the porch gets screened in (and cleaned up) whoever has that room will have a nice sitting area to escape to as well. Rules will be enforced about not barging in there just to go out back once that room is occupied. Diana’s not too concerned about privacy, but we know you like yours so we’re not going to pressure you into giving up your room if you don’t want to."
So.. what should I do?
A. Stay in my room. B. Move into pet room.
My Room: - No moving my s**t from one place to the other. - Keep my desk. - Keep my bedset. - Keep my computer out of reach of anyone else. (Though, I am now convinced that JJ will probably not use my computer.) - More privacy.
Pet Room: - More natural lighting; there are two rooms rather then one. - Pets will be able to go in and out freely, so I no longer have to open the door for them. - I will be able to become "closer" with JJ, possibly making friends with her? - The colors are nicer. - The porch, kitchen, and TV room are all closer to pet room. - Bigger bed.

I'd rather have my own room, but that bed does sound pretty tasty.

Pet room FTW. Having the pets in there, bigger bed, and more lighting will be a lot more calming and relaxing.

Hmm, I dunno. The pet room sounds nice, but if it were me, I'd most likely stay in my own room. *shrug* At least you don't have to move.
