Just a few rules:
My trees? Don't touch.
Flowers? Not them, either.
If you want to post something on the board, make it witty or worthwhile in some way.
No hacking or seeding, of course.
If you're someone I've never met before, I will keep you in my field of vision for the duration of your stay. It's not that I don't trust you, it's just that, well, I pretty much don't trust you. Not yet, anyway.
If you prefer, we could hang out in your town. I'll stay on my best behavior.
