Do you name your fish? I do its just nice to be able to refer to them by name rather than that guppy.
I have
2 honey coloured Goramis called marmlade and bob
1 CAE called suckey
I know that a cae is not a good beginners fish however I did not know what one was at that time...

I have an oranada named ryu and a porthole catfish named worty. thats pretty much it.

I always name my goldfish, however I've only been able to tag a name on a handful of my guppies. It's difficult to keep track of them when you have them in large numbers. My sister and I are slowly naming all of them though.
We try to only give them names that suit them, so we will watch them for a while before a name comes to us. (:

I name my guppies because they're awesome... my feeder's name is Kozi and my girls are suzu and myoko

My bettas are "Lady Valentine", "Sergeant Sparkles", and "Ozymandias."
My gold gouramis are "Brettney" and "Stanley."
My dojo loaches are "Johannes" and "Sebastian."
My guppies are "Enrique" and "Esteban."
My ghost shrimp are all named "Pepito."

I'm a firm believer in the "as soon as you name your fish it'll die" group. xp
Happend to me once too, I brought home a fish and it was doing well for many weeks. Then my sister comes in and asks if they have names, I say no, she names em, a week later they die. gonk
Perfectly healthy fish until they were named.

I name as many of my fish as I can
My BIG (6inch long) goldfish is Jojo (first fish I ever got
My little goldfish is BBQ
My older molly is Spot
My newer molly is Fish stick
My Plecostomus is Mr. Plecos
My Kuhli Loaches are Mr Squirm and Mrs Wriggle
My betta is Mr. Blob
My puffers are Midori and Killer(RIP) crying
My New danio, shrimp or trout (yes... I have trout) havn't been named yet

Whenever I name small fish they die. ._.
I always yell LOACHIE LOOOOOOO whenever I see my loach though. I'm tempted to name the frog Boosh, after my first frog, Booshlavegan.

I used to name as many ish as posible when I started keeping aquariums, but, since I've been keeping them for 12 years, I'm kinda running out of names now.
I still have a few named fish though.
One goldfish with a red lip called Betty Boob
One male molly that poops exesively my friend called Betty Poop
And one surviving gourami called Blood.
Names I rember.
First Fish, male guppy: Bandera
Female blue betta: Cleopetra
Male blue betta: Ceacar
Maly ruby betta: Merel
Trio male citrus tetras: Willem, Alexander and Maurits (dutch princes)
Aincient Zebra Danio: Maristella (the local old people home)
Goldfish: Benjamin (first time I sucessfully bred goldfish and the a heron eats it stressed )
Male Gold Angelfish: Sailor Moon (didn't know it was male)
Female Gold Angelfish: Mini Moon
Male Marmer Angelfish: Angel Moon
Male Marmer Angelfish: Marmer Moon
Pleco: Monster
Blood gouramy: Honey
Male Fidler crab: Sebastian
Tompot Blenny: Gimly
Lyre Goby: Smeagol
Beaugregory Damselfish: Frodo (really didn't act it)
Sergent Major: Merry & Pippin
