I saw this doll and fell in love, I think this is probably the one i'm going to get but the word 'mini' has made me slightly worried. Exactly how tall will Shiwoo be?
And if anyone can be kind enough to confirm something for me, do the kid delf's just look childlike? I'm trying to work out the differene between the mini's and the kid delf's, I think I know, just not sure.

umm.. around 45cm. i think.. O-o
The kid delfs do look childlike.. were mini fee's are more teen~ish..

Both Minifee and Kid Delfs are about 45cm. Most minifee are just mini versions of regular Delfs (with exceptions like ShuShu and Ruth) so if you want a taller Shiwoo at 60cm there is the Delf option. Kid Delfs are more childlike, with chubbier faces and bodies.
makeup 1 EA and 2 EA just means if you want makeup for one head or for both

Oh! Thank you, that really clears things up for me. So yeh...I'd probaby ask for make up on both heads. The only other thing now is what size wig fits the Shiwoo's. On the Luts website they say kid delf would but on Den of Angels they say it's slightly too big and 6-7 is better. Anyone?

i don't personally have a mini fee, but I've got a DoC Kirill and gone to meets with the mnf. The mnf and DoC are similar in size and my boy takes the 6-7. The kid delfs have slightly bigger heads, so I would go with the 6-7 wigs. And if you can get the ones with the elastic, even better as the size of the head is a little less a problem.

I have a MNF Shushu and her wig size is 7-8 and it IS little large. However, an elastic band should help to keep it on, and so long as my girl is wearing hers I never have any problems. Also, it depends on the wig I think, as I had her try on some other wigs in the same size and they weren't too big at all. It's really a hit-and-miss kind of deal. Like I said, though, a rubberband would clear up any "too large" problems.
Luts should tell you what size the boy is. I know the girls are 41 cm... Actually, I think the boys may be the same size. Ruth says 41 cm, and he's on the same body as the others, so I'll assume all MNFs are the same height: 41 cm.
Muffles was right; KDs look childish, but I've seen them adapted for cutesy older characters too. In general though, without mods, KDs are very childish. MNFs are more like adults, or teens in some moulds, plus the bodies are developed whereas KDs are built as if the dolls are much younger.

i own the MNF elf shiwoo set, they're absolutely adorable, but be careful, they demand attention at all times... so I gave him to my DOC TOO, Roy, as a boyfriend lol
