Each sub-forum for a Guild costs 2.5k per sub-forum. As long as there is some sort of funds in the Guild Account, then the Captain of the Guild can make sub-forums.
If there is going to be any sub-forums, we would first probably have the general Vending- and Exchange-type ones. Maybe like the ones the Exchange has.
I'll be making a sticky for all Guild suggestions here shortly.

Also remember I dont really want to go above 5 sub-forums, because then it starts stretching the screen and just looks really unprofessional.
I'll listen to the ideas.
General Discussion accounts for the Chatterbox, but random spamming threads have no place in this guild- if I wanted spam I would've made another Poll Guild (I used to own the 20,000 Poll Guild).
We probably will make an Exchange sub-forum if enough people want it, but my friend used to run a vendors guild and they had one and there was literally no activity (some sellers but no buyers), so it may not have much of a purpose.
I do have plans to open up a Contest forum and we may be able to double-cross it as a Contest/Game forum so we can have little threads with games and contests and some that win prizes and such.
Like rolling dice to win money possibly. :]
We also have a funding issue, I am going to be making a mule for the guild and later I want all donations sent to the mule so we can use the funds to buy images and run contests in the future. So dont worry to much about filling up the guild kitty because a lot of people will send in gold to it in the future when its no longer needed.

I think there should be a section for discussion about games and movies and stuff just to make the guild more of a hang out for exchangers and not just talking about exchanging all the time, also it would be pretty helpful if they had a crews lounge or something for announcements for the mods, topics the mods need to decide on, anything related to the running of this thread like reports and so on.
I'm gonna set my boyfriend up an account to start him exchanging. I'll make him join this guild too.
