Hello everyone n_n I haven't made a topic in a long time so I thought I would make one. Over the past week or so I started to learn to play the Mandlin n_n. One thing I have always wanted to do is play at Scarborough Faire (our local Ren Fest) maybe as a job.
I also wanted to learn so I could play it for CJ when I see her in augest n_n. I can currently play the Piano, Viola, Viloin, A little Cello, A few songs on the Bamboo Sax (its a insterment I bought at Scarborough Faire, its a flute sized insterment but plays like a Sax) and a few songs on the Mandlin and Gutiar.
Basicly I just wanted to see what musical talents you all have n_n do you sing? play a insterment? have any funny storys about it? I have a few but its late so I can't remember them right now x_x.

I'm told I sing quite well, but I guess that all depends on taste. Ren stuff is fun ^^ I do alot with a group in Memphis even though I'm not an offical member. No jobs, just a whole lot of people dressing up and occassionally one province wars with another (fake swords of course) but it's fun to watch and there's some very nice gentlemen in the group. I used to play sax in high school, though I'm not much of an instrumentalist. I think the Madolin is sexah.

Thats cool n_n well that sounds like a LARP I used to do that a while back, this is more of a craft and show type of place. There is lots of things to buy and there is lots of things to see. I don't think I can sing very well and the only people who have heard me sing have been my gf so...their opnion tends to be a little biased.
I have always liked ren insterments n_n the mandlin isn't that hard to play and since its used in country music I have a chance of buying one, just for ren faires rather than bluegrass

The only artisicesque talent I have is music. I can't draw or paint or anything like that, but I can play piano, trombone, baritone, some french horn and trumpet, and I sing. I intend on learning guitar, though just because it's easier to sing while playing that than anything else... besides piano, of course.

Not too fun let me tell you....especially when you are an alto and based on how high that song goes... sweatdrop I also at in plays. My last one was Cinderella at my local college. I was the evil stepmother. Not only did I scare my co-workers...but I made little children cry and lash out in personal violence and audience-wide violence. sweatdrop Next time I do a play....I'm getting a body guard.

Well I tried to play the flute in elementary school but it just wasn't my thing *shrugs*. I can play a song on the piano from hearing the tune once or twice, but I don't actually know how to read notes or play with both hands *that sounded wrong, I'm sorry, but you know what I meant, heh xp *. I don't have a bad voice and I can carry a tune pretty well, but you won't see me trying out for Canadian/American Idol any time soon I can guarentee you that much, heh heh.

I have a few but its late so I can't remember them right now x_x. wow you're talented, all i can play is a few things on the pre-recorder because we learned it in school, and a bit on my gutiar but i'm still learning. I suck at teaching myself...I need someone who knows what they are doing to help me. I'm a singer by nature though, and I want to write songs. 3nodding

The only thing I play is the Viola. I'm not good but more in the average scale. But I've only been playing for two years so I hope to improve. I'm not a very good singer either. >.<
