What are the B-Side songs from MCR and where do I get the lyrics for it?
and really, what is a B-side song?

I really don't know the real meaning of a B-Side song, but I think that they're
songs that artists/bands/singers don't put in a main album. I really don't know. xD
I'm not sure if these are all the B-Sides, but here's some:
-My Way Home Is Through You
-Heaven Help Us
-Kill All Your Friends
You can find the lyrics here. www.azlyrics.com. Just click "M"
for My Chemical Romance, find My Chemical Romance,
click on it, then look for the title of the song you need the lyrics to.

B-side songs are songs that they recorded for the album, but didn't make it on the album.
The term comes from when people used to use vinyl records. The A side had the main album, and the B side was the side with songs that didn't make it there.
