Hi, my name is Cassandra and I'm 17. I'm interested in purchasing Gothic Lolita styled clothing. I've had an interest in the fashion for about a year now and would really love to purchase some items of the style. My friends are also interested in the Gothic Lolita style as well. My issue is that I'm a plus size. I'm about a 2X-3X by Hot Topic plus size standards. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other reputable place aside from Hot Topic where I may have luck in finding plus sized items. A place within the United States is preferrable, but I really want to find some clothing in my size. Most sites I've seen don't go up to my size. Can anyone help me or point me in a direction?

Well, I do make custom, tailor-made Lolita items. I can make other peoples designs, or come up with a completely unique one for you. If you give me your measurements, I can do it so that it would fit you perfectly. (Email me about that, maybe we can negotiate. Digigirl44@hotmail.com )

There's an e-bay store that sells custom-sized loli dresses, it's hwre I got mine from, however, they're from japan, so the p+p is about 20 quid (which I think is around 40 dollars).

This is frustrating. I think my mom would prefer me to go to an online store with more......credentials, as she would put it. We already got ripped off once with the credit card. So my parents are picky. They'd prefer a larger store too, because we're a bit strapped for cash, and individuals tend to charge more.
Thanks to those who have posted. I guess I just am out of luck.

The plus sizes on cosmates really arent all that big. I'm only a size 14 in Australia, which isnt ********' huge, yet the items in the plus size there are too small even for me. When "plus sized" is used in terms of japanese clothing, it generally means "normal sized european". Go to these ebay stores. The stuff there is really nice and everything is custom sizes. Lolita and cosplay costumes in most of them. http://stores.ebay.com/honestdragonchinahttp://stores.ebay.com/corland90http://stores.ebay.com/Altera-Vita http://stores.ebay.com/dragonscostumehttp://stores.ebay.com/Big-Celebrity-Fashion http://stores.ebay.com/julias-laedchen There's millions of them basically. Just type custom lolita into ebay.

Not necessarily for the thread starter because it's a couple of years late sweatdrop but f+f (fanplusfriend) does custom sizes. I haven't purchased from them myself (yet), but LJ's egl community seems to approve of it! :3
