So how many lighting techs/ riggers have heard about the new ETCP certification program thing?

I think its kind of a good idea since its proof that you have studied and know your stuff and not just joe smith off the street pretending you can do lighting, but at the same time you already need a degree (or two) to work alot of places, and its rather redundent.
What does everyone else think?
