Yeah I know x.x
By the sound of it he'll be in the hospital for a lot of the time. They want him to stay in there until they're sure he can function in real life extremely well

Yeah, any time lung problems come into play, the person has to stay in the hospital for a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG time. The good side- You KNOW they have good lungs when they finally come home o.o

Yeah, so far they're jst saying that he gets 7 days on the ventilator. He's been on it for 3 or 4...Then if it isnt better he gets a tracheotamy (SP?) And i'm not sure what will be done from there...
