A basic method of doing this is to:
1. Gather up your energy into the palm of your writing hand (the hand you're most efficient with).
2. Begin to imagine your energy thinning out, and shaping into very fine threads, make as many of these as you can.
3. Connect these threads to your finger tips and use that connection to feed the energy through.
4. Connect these threads to particles in the air (visualize) and begin to accelerate the energy in these particles, attempt to visualize them moving in a direction of your choice while you constantly feed them with energy.
There's no need to wave your hands around like an idiot, the only thing that will do is weaken the connection you have with the threads because you'll lose concentration. Using this method, and lots of practice, you should be able to create a breeze. Don't freak out if it works once though, continue to try and try again until it happens with at least a 90-95% success rate, only then can you be sure it's not just coincidence.
Aside from all that, Good luck ^^.

I am so trying this. I can usually just do it with a hard thought, but this seems a lot easier.
