got another band for all of yall. (even tho i think no one looks at old threads xD)
well i guess itz not a band.... but Lecrae..... wow he a good singer. lol
he a rapper so if you dont like rap im sowii sad but his songs are all like really good and catchy smile
my favorite...... Praying For You.... wow..... if you hear it..... it will touch you..... cuz it alwayz touches me no matter what im doing or where i am.

My friend let me borrow the new Switchfoot CD so I could rip it to my computer. I like it 3nodding Maybe not so much as Nothing is Sound or Learning to Breathe, but Hello Hurricane still has my vote razz

well dis is probably one of thee only bands that i know that r officially christian but its called hillsong. they made like all the christian songs u probably sing at chrch. i think skillet is christian but to me it sounds like it. so . . . ya those r my faves. 3nodding

Yeah, skillet is Christian. There are some bands (like UnderOATH, Switchfoot, and Reliant K) that do not label themselves as a "Christian band," rather as "Christians in a band." They do this as part of their ministry to get the good news out to places where it wouldn't normally be heard. Some bands, Like Reliant K, go to the extreme and do not perform at Christian concerts.
Of course, some do this to escape the "controversy" and "limitations" associated with being a Christian band.

And, I really don't like Hill$ong. They're incredibly prosperity-gospel-esque. Their music is okay, but I dislike their teachings.

I like quite a bit of christian music. A lot of it is metal/hardcore/punk.
