You have to raise its happiness really high during or either in the morning or afternoon.

Give it a Soothe Bell to help it be a bit happier. Like kp_anthony said, raise it's happiness to the max during either the morning or day.

you could do that or i can trade you one of mine, i have three of em^.^ espeon are one of my favorites, like blaziken, charizard, lucario, and arcanine! typhlosion is one of my favorites too!
