As a member of the Fairy Police you have the power to perform marriage ceremonies as and when you see fit - simply follow these instructions.
1.) The two people to be married and yourself must be standing together
2.) Say the following three phrases:
a.) "By the power vested in me by the Fairy Police"
b.) "I now pronounce you man and wife."
c.) "Add each other to your friends lists."
3.) The marriage is now performed. If the people you have married protest inform them that divorce from a Fairy Police marriage is illegal.
4.) Post the names and links to the profiles of the people you have married in the forum topic provided.
notes: Fairy Police marriages can be performed without the consent of the people involved, and the gender of the couple is not important.
