I've been wondering. What are some of everyone's first thoughts when sparring, weather it be in class or actually in a tournament. Are you scared, nervous, ready to kill...lol
As for me, I clear my mind of everthing but the task at hand and to use my abilities to my fullest. What about some others?

I'm always just relaxed beyond all belief, if it's just a standing match, then I'm always light and cheery, always talking to my opponent with general chit chat about random things, whether it's a tournament or just in class. I'm never really thinking about anything, even though I can always talk appropriately and answer questions.
So most of the time I'm beating the crap out of someone while talking to them about some random thing like the weather or cars or something odd.
It doesn't ever really matter to me whether I win or lose, as long as it's a good match, and I have fun.

I'm usually thinking "Heelhook, or ankle lock?"
