Yeah. It's taken me forever to finish this, because I've had to work on so many other things in between (my art teacher's been pulling the, "Demon from Hell" act and has us spewing out projects nonstop).

So far, he's happy with it, although the way the wings clash with the color scheme really bothers me... Nothing I can do about that, though.

As far as the proportions go... it's a little boy. Children don't have the same proportions as adults. However, if you see something TOO freakishly odd, I may change it... I probably won't, though, just because of how far along I am.

Other than finishing the other wing and/or smoothing out the finished one, I still need to add a blinding, glowy light from below. Fun, fun.

I was trying to make the arms foreshortened, because they're bent. I must've failed. ^^; I'll try tweaking it a bit. They are actually just a little higher than where I had his navel, it's just that I erased it because I figured it was probably just going to get drowned out in the light anyway.

And just to correct your bit-- elbows are only at the waist on females. Arm lengths aren't any different, but females have much higher waists than males do.
Unless I've got the absolute worst definition of waist in the world-- we are talking about the part of the torso that starts to fan out for the hips, right?
