5. keep npc characters a small part of your rping if they are killed it's not are fault(certain people's npc will be allowed to have more power/freedom)

7. you can NOT make a new topic except in the ooc subform. If you have an idea for an area then send the idea to a mod and if they approve write who approved it and a description of the topic's area.
8. if you have an idea for the story line then pm Tosh_Crimson with your idea and i will get back to you
