Alright...I just started making these comics, then I found this little guild. These sprite comics dont have everything to do with sonic, but they are characters. Heres comic one. Kinda sucks, baring in mind that I only have paint.  2...  I have no idea what I did with that one. 3....  The Cast...

They're pretty good. Standard, nothing TOO special, but a lot better than the crap I've seen around lately! Overall, good. Keep working hard and use sprite sheets with lots of different possible poses (your Raichu seems to only have three or four). All the characters sound a little odd to me, and although this isn't neccesarily a bad thing, you should set some more normal characters in there. Also, try to make sure you spell check your work for spelling and grammar mistakes (i.e. "Amaricans"... if your trying to offend them, try not to slip up with shoddy spelling!) and you'll get by fine!
Don't hesitate to post some more. I really want to see how this comes along!

Don't mention it. I kind of guessed that Shocker was Raichu, but wasn't 100% sure. And as for the insanity v.s. sense - it's your comic, do what you will. But I will ask you one thing... Make some more! blaugh This could be something interesting!
