My all-time favourite pairing EVER has to be Sakura and Syaoran in general. It can be CCS, clones, original, alternative - I'll support with whatever!
As much as I love them in general, I've got to prefer the clonies from Tsubasa.
They've been friends since they were seven, so they were always together in their childhood and slowly nuturing their love for each other through all the years that they've known each other. Childhood romances are just so sweet and innocent, and just so eff'ing cute!
They're practically declaring their love for each other at the very beginning of the series! When I first discovered TRC after loving CCS for quite some time, I was over the eff'ing moon!
Then the heartbreak of Syaoran losing his relationship he has with Sakura was just ground breaking. When Sakura said 'who are you', the emotion he goes through is just... he loves her so much! It's like wanting to shake Sakura's shoulders and screaming 'YOU KNOW HIM!'
And all throughout the series, Syaoran is remaining loyal, putting his life on the line just for her and her memories which totally proves that he still is completely in love with her. And because its Syaoran, Sakura's going to realise that she loves him eventually, soulmates an' all.
I don't even know if it could be that, it's just who Syaoran is that makes Sakura fall for him. Sure he's good looking and muscular *drool* but he's so kind, quite sensitive, sensible and YEAH just awesome! But that could be jsut me talking biasly again. But then vice versa, Syaoran loves Sakura because she's so warm, kind, honest and so darn cute!
THAT is why my fandom is and always will be Sakura and Syaoran. Other pairings with them bother me a lot, even though I'm quite open minded. sweatdrop Like FaiSaku, KuroSaku, C!SyaoR!Syao, even Syaoron and Yuui from Horitsuba. And mixed up pairings like clone Sakura and original Syaoran bother me a little.
I also support other pairings in the series like KuroFai, KuroTomo and SoelLarg.

I think my favorite pairing would be Sakura and Syaoran, mainly the clones. I think their fate and relationship in general were so very tragic, which is what makes it all the more romantic and beautiful.
I also like Tomoyo-hime and Kurogane's relationship. There's a lot of layers to it, which I really admire.

Toya: You...really scare me... and don't hurt Yuki!
Asuka: Meh... who cares, Kurogane and Fai are both way hotter than you anyway.
Toya: See, this is what happens, she has these random spaz moments when she's all obsessed with me and then she walks in her room and sees her giant Kurogane poster and decides she doesn't really care anymore. T.T oh well, at least she could never kill Yuki. She thinks he's too cute.
That's how it goes. Not really. Oh yeah! And Syryuoh! SYAORANXRYUUOH! No. Just kidding. I'm not really a fangirl of that, I promise. KUROGANEXTOMOYO IS WIN AND YOU ALL KNOW IT! YOU CAN'T DENY IT! Well, you can. But just stop. Please. The world doesn't need anymore KuroFai! *runs away from angry fangirls wielding sharp weapons*
