Heh, he could almost hear the heartbeat fading. He could certainly smell the body reacting violently to the blue venom. He frowned at her struggling paw before glaring blankly down at amber eyes. He chuckled at her gasps and brought a paw to his head. This high was...amazing. Why would his mother warn him against something that felt so good? He smirked down at the now lifeless body shamelessly and moved a paw to close her eyes. "Ta ta....for now." His face twisted in a scowl. How dare she leave him alone, with no one else to torment. What a waste.

Atae was in a daze of pain, breathing nearly unbearable and paw throbbing. She'd managed to glance at her wrist and see that it was twisted at an unnatural angle, but her attempt to move it to see what sort of damage had been done caused her to black out for several minutes. Long enough at least to miss Charity's death, or she would have been horrified at Terasu. More at his behavior than what he'd done, though neither were something she would have condoned had she the choice.
It was silent; the very lack of noise when there had been so much before she passed out terrified her, and there was no way for her to see what was going on. The throbbing in her ribs and leg effectively immobilized her, and she couldn't have made a very loud cry with her short and painful breaths even if her jaw wasn't frozen shut from fear. And if she'd known what really happened only moments ago, she'd probably be just as scared of Terasu as she had been of Charity.
As things stood someone would have to carry her out of here; not that it was a difficult task. She was rather slight for an adult, though maybe not as small as her friend Lily. Her attempt to move to see if anyone friendly was still around elicited a whimper and a shiver of pain, which only made things worse, and she nearly blacked out again. She'd never had worse than a scratch or a headache before, and since her sensitivity wasn't confined to her emotional state, the injuries she currently had were throwing her for several loops.

Ears pinned back in surprise. Oh, another voice? If not but a tiny whisper. Delirious eyes scanned the area but found nothing. Wiping the blue from his mouth, Terasu stood and moved forward to where the sound came from. Peering over a bush, he gazed down at an injured kitsu. "Well well, what do we have here?" His mind didn't register who she was as he sat beside her. He smiled blankly and tilted his head. How had he not...oh, there was no blood on this one. Perhaps he could help her with that. "And who would you be miss?"

Something was wrong... with his eyes... what was going on? Atae looked blankly back up at Terasu, obviously confused. "Atae... your friend... remember? We met when your mom was sick? And then next time... Ed was there, and Lily came in... she was upset about her parents having more kids? And your mom didn't like pumpkin juice?" She found herself rambling about every vaguely important thing that had happened the times they'd been together. She wasn't afraid, exactly, but she was uneasy. Something in his eyes... "And... just a... a minute ago, she had you pinned down, and I shoved her off, and she... she hit me... and I crawled over here. I... I don't remember after that until just now..."
Her jaw hurt from where Charity had smacked her, but aside from what was probably going to turn into a bad bruise it seemed fine... it just hurt to talk so much, especially since she had to keep inhaling. She winced nearly every time she took a breath. "I... Terasu, I can't get up, I need help... getting to HQ... or my house... I never showed you where my house was, did I?..." She was rambling again, but this time it was more because her brain felt sort of fuzzy... she hoped she wasn't going into shock.

Eyes widened as the other rambled on. Atae...? His face fell in slow realization. Atae, mother, Ed, and Lily... Terasu lurched as his body shuddered, turning his head to the side with his paw to his mouth. What the hell?!? The venom leaked from his maw, and his stomach continued to force the vile liquid from his body. He gagged at the bitter taste and his senses came back to normal in pieces. Who pinned what? Why was she hurt? "...Atae?" He spaced as he remembered the events with dread. "What...where, where do I take you?" He didn't dare look back at the scene. But...should he just leave the other?

"HQ... is ok... Kitsyn or Endless would look for me there... they know I was out looking for you." She started to shake her head and whimpered when it made her ribs move. "I... I don't know if my body is going to let me stay awake long enough to show you how to get to my house." Especially when he started moving her. Perhaps fortunately she had her eyes closed because of the pain, and she was too out of it to really register all of what was going on now. Terasu probably didn't need Atae freaking out just now. "If... if I stand up, can you carry me?"

Terasu nodded, ears dropping back. He crawled forward to where she could easily flop atop him. His mind was reeling with everything that occured, and things he shouldn't have done. And...he couldn't deny in those moments that he enjoyed it, unhindered by guilt. But now, he'd just remain silent, and get his friend somewhere safe.

It took several exruciating minutes for Atae to manuver (I know I spelled that wrong...) herself to a point where she could "flop" on Terasu's back without putting more pressure on her hurt ribs. The rest of the trip was spent being barely conscious enough to try and hold on as he carried her to HQ, where she finally blacked out again completely.
((And Kitsyn finds them later and then Kitsyn goes to bother Ed in the other RP. XD))
