you should hold like toy drives and such...maybe work up a volunteer program with a church to do charity activities, like a day where you work in the soup kitchens.

I find it rather annoying now a days that the first thing that is on a christian mind is either A) eagerly sharing their beliefs with people who don't want to be bothered B) going to church on sundays to kiss GOD's diarier C) persecuting homosexuals and telling them how to live(not that I am saying homosexuality isn't a sin).
Instead of helping the needy and homoless which is as big of a problem as homosexual marriages if not bigger.

I'm sharing my beliefs on a CHRISTIAN guild. You'd think I'd have people just a wee bit more supportive.
I wasn't waste my time with people who don't want to be bothered. Realize that OTHER people reading this (and the thread you are refereeing to) might get something out of it? I'm challenging people not trying to bug people. I'm eager to share because it is extremely important in my life.
To anwser you "B" i don't know why your are pointing this out to me because (not that i'm proud of it) but I hardly ever got o church.....3 weeks ago was the second time i went to an a church on a Sunday in 2 years (Since my father was diagnosed with cancer we stopped going)
Secondly, when i go to church i don't "Kiss God's diarier" becuase one, that's not the purpose of church, you go to church to grow in your relationship with God, you go to church to worship God, and you go to church to have fellowship.
But for thinking that i went to church on a regular basis and stereotyping me i thank you.
Okay READ my posts before you criticize me! Look at my very first post on that thread. I was never persecuting! I have homosexual friends! They are cool people! However, i do not agree with the fact that they are homosexual! And when? Tell me when i said ANYTHING about how they should live there lifes? Hmmm?
The thread was DISCUSSING homosexuality! That's why I was discussing it!
Where was a thread about homelessness? That was sooooo random! Yes I agree that the needy is an important issue but that was so random? Who says I wasn't going to help them out? In fact that's why i said the in the beginning about GIVE CARE PACKAGES! I just meant I had never thought about the soup kitchen idea (Though it would seem obvious but still!). Why are you so wuick to put people down? I'd much rather be someone serving God full serve than putting people down (and by the way again i tell you to READ before attempting to point out how "wrong" i am) before even looking at myself.
Seriously people. The more I look around this guild the more i find that it's not the non-Christians who need help; but Christians!
My Goodness what is wrong with this picture? Did i come here to be persecuted by people who are in the wrong just like me? NO! So please leave me alone! Or at least READ my posts!
If your purpose was to bring me down or to make me mad...it didn't work...all this does it make me A) pity the world (including myself becuase everyone fails) and b) prove my point with just that much more passion and drive. So thank you.
