But of course, Sakura knows when to stop. Sakura wouldn't go up and glomp Sasuke from behind, making him uncomfortable. She wouldn't want to put him in an uncomfortable situation.
Sakura respects him and his boundaries.
Of course, when Sakura does him, Sasuke has no complaints on the matter~

He just steers her in a different direction. He has NEVER told her no. Or said "I don't want to be with you". He just says "Go train", becuase that's what she SHOULD be doing.
But does anyone recall what he said exactly after the Waves Arc? I thought he said he was not interested when Sakura asked him if he wanted to hang out >.> <.<

After they all walk across The Naruto Bridge..Sakura asks Sasuke
"Hey Sasuke, when we get back do you want to go out and do something together?"
Sasuke: *groans?* "I don't think so. Thanks"
Sakura: *rejected* Ooh, ok.
o.o Oh, yeah... -shrugs- ^^ Still...he doesn't react to her the way he does to Ino...which is good. Once he got to know her, he wasn't as annoyed with her.

Everyone prett much covered what I wanted to say. But just to add my opinion - I think that Sakura needed to mature in Sasuke's eyes first before she could be with him. That's exactly what's happening now. I think she's prepared for their coming reunion.
Ino, on the other hand, is still her flirty self. I'm not saying she's not worth emulating or whatever, but this trait is probably what repels Sasuke from her. Maybe, if her coquettishness was lessened, he would take notice of her, maybe not romantically, but in a professional "shinobi-to-shinobi" kind of way.
But that's not going to happen. Ino's flirtiness is embedded way too deep in her personality to fish out. Ino wouldn't be Ino if she weren't a flirt. blaugh
