Downloaded the new patch, little one. Accidently clicked cancle when it was almost done. Tried running wow again. It said WoW.exe couldnt be found. Blah blah, then I try to find WoW.exe, and nothing is in the wow folder but the files. No launcher or nothing. Not even the repair is there. So I download the repair and run it. it says yay its fixed. I run wow, and now I have to download the 2.1 patch. So... Watch out. I also cant log onto the wow forums to ask this!
I am just posting this here to see if anyone else had this problem today, also a warning for those who havnt installed it yet.

Hrm, strange indeed. I didn't have this problem, but I didn't click 'cancel' either. Hope you get it fixed. o_o;;

Admnit it, no one comes to the subofurms! The only people that come in here, are ones that are bored with the main forum.

I didn't move it, so don't cry to me. I come to the sub-forums, as well as anyone else who's thread is moved (if they have the brain cells to masterfully detect that's where their thread walked off to).

This that little patch where the only thing in the patch notes was the line about fixing a crash?
'cause if so, it's something your end that caused the problem, because I cancelled it when it stalled about 85% through, and I didn't have any trouble getting into WoW, exiting, then relaunching to finish the patch update.

I once had my computer crash while downloading a patch. Created a fatal error, that was fun. >.< In the end I think I just deleted the half-downloaded file and tried downloading again and it worked. That was a while ago though...
